Why Come to CAPTIVATE 2016?
We believe there are lots of great reasons to take time out of your busy schedule to attend our 2-day event. Whether you have considered attending but haven’t yet made the commitment…or you’re need to nail down a few ways to justify the trip for yourself or your manager, we’ve compiled 5 great reasons to attend this year’s event below.
5 Reasons to Attend CAPTIVATE 2016
1. Best Practices on How to Optimize Current Solution
It’s important to us that our customers are making the most out of their technology investments. At CAPTIVATE, the sessions will focus heavily on how to optimize current solutions as well as how to identify logical ways to expand.
Our sessions are meant to give you the understanding, the tools, and the spark to drive the rate at which your users adopt best practices and processes, in order for your organization to realize the inherent business value in your existing solution and achieve faster ROI.
2. Product Tips & Tricks to Improve Productivity
One of the most satisfying moments for our team is when we are able to deliver that “Aha Moment” to our customers. It is sometimes the case that there are modules, features or functionality that our customers already own that they are using only because they hadn’t known existed. By planning interactive sessions where we will actually dive into applications, our presenters and technical team will touch on tips and tricks that often reveal new and/or streamlined ways of using the products. In fact, we have sessions entitled “OnBase Tips & Tricks” and “Unity & Beyond: 40 Features in 40 Minutes”.
Check out the agenda for other session titles and descriptions.
3. Engaging Sessions & Entertaining Presenters
In addition to all of the great technical and tactical content that attendees will enjoy, we will also have fun and entertaining content mixed in. We understand that asking our customers to take two days out of the office is not an insignificant commitment. Therefore, we want to make sure that you not only leave well-informed but also energized to return to work inspired to share the information with your colleagues and kick-start project initiatives that incorporate all that you learned.
We will have game shows that will test your knowledge and provide an opportunity to win prizes. We will have labs and demo stations to get a first-hand look at the software and even the opportunity to take a test-drive. We even have an interview with Ryan Simonetti, CEO & Co-Founder of Convene (new owners of the Hub – the venue hosting our event) that will discuss the future of productivity in the workplace.
And, if that’s not enough, we’ll have a reception on Tuesday evening with food, drink, and additional opportunities to win prizes while getting to know other professionals!
4. Access to Experts
One of the strengths of our company is that we partner with best-in-class technology providers to ensure that our customers invest in the products and services that best fit their needs. CAPTIVATE brings together many of our partners under one roof to engage with our customers and be available to showcase product demonstrations, answer questions, and share what features are newly available or may be in the product roadmap.
Representatives from the following companies will be in attendance:
- OnBase by Hyland.
A great benefit of participating in events like this and investing in products that support online communities is the access to other professionals who have either “been there and done that”, who are in the middle of “going there and doing that”, or who are planning “to go there and do that”.
Events like CAPTIVATE or OnBase’s CommunityLive present the opportunity to develop connections that will provide a helpful network that you can use when you come across projects, opportunities and/challenges that you heard about while attending a session or in conversation during networking opportunities.
