A great benefit of being an OnBase customer is the availability of the many resources that Hyland provides through its community of users, partners, and employees. These resources help customers to easily locate information that can make their implementation more successful. Yet, while any employee of an OnBase Customer can register for a profile to join the community, not all do.

Below is more information on the benefits of the OnBase Community and how to quickly and easily create a profile.

What is the OnBase Community?

Creating an OnBase CommunityThe OnBase Community gives customers, partners, and employees a single place to connect online. It combines a powerful networking and conversation tool with vetted expert knowledge from dedicated contributors.

Customers with an OnBase Community profile can search for product and solution information using a global search bar to discover blog posts, files, users, wikis, etc. that pertain to their search. Members can join user groups to connect with users who share an interest, job function, industry, etc. to discuss specific topics and share best practices. You can post questions, comments, and best practices as well as follow posts or topics and receive update notifications based on topics of interest and the preferences that you set.

The “My OnBase” section provides multiple data points regarding your OnBase installation including System Summaries, License Certificates, Co-workers on Community, Support Issues, and more.
