This is not limited to the feeling of fellowship with others that share the common interest of using ECM to improve business processes. It also applies to the various ways that customers and prospects can engage with one another both online and in person.
Each year, MTS Software Solutions hosts a user event to provide our customers and prospects an opportunity to network with experts from Hyland, MTS, and other members of the OnBase Community. The event serves as a great opportunity to learn more about product updates and how others are using OnBase to overcome business challenges.
Don’t Miss OnBase CommunityLIVE!
The foremost opportunity to see the entire OnBase Community in action or, shall I say, “live” is CommunityLIVE. From September 13-17 in Las Vegas, OnBase by Hyland will bring together 1,500+ OnBase end users, developers, executives and experts from industries all around the world for their annual user conference, OnBase CommunityLIVE. OnBase Community Site & User Groups
While the in-person events are not to be missed, you can engage with the OnBase community everyday using the Customer Community portal. The Community is only available to OnBase customers; however, organizations interested in taking OnBase for a test drive can do so by checking out www.try.onbase.com.
The OnBase Community site is an opportunity for customers to network, share points of view, and post questions in a community of OnBase experts. The OnBase Community site is your central location for all things OnBase. Here you will find product, solution, and technical information, along with personalized site specific information. Once you become a customer, you have access to “My OnBase”. “My OnBase” gives each customer insight into System & Support Information, Support Issues, the modules owned, and much more.
Beyond “My OnBase”, you can connect with other OnBase users, access training, and join User Groups. The OnBase User Groups, or VOGUE (Vertical OnBase Group of User Experts), are ideal for networking and learning more about how individuals within each of the six industries represented are leveraging OnBase to overcome business challenges while also providing critical product feedback.

- Higher Education
